Ryan Fitzgerald
With almost two decades of experience in live event production and non-profit management, Ryan draws on that experience in service to the community through his passion for supporting local non-profits that enrich the Decatur community. As an Atlanta native and current Decatur resident, Ryan’s connection to the community is deepened by his two sons in City Schools of Decatur. You can often find Ryan hanging out in Downtown Decatur, where he loves to explore the vibrant restaurant and live music scene.
Jared Humphries
Throughout his many lives as a touring musician, creative strategist, entrepreneur, and micro-school advocate, Jared Humphries has always been a risk taker. But there are two sure things in Jared’s life: his soulmate Amber and his chosen hometown of Decatur, GA.
Jared leverages his decades of experience in music, marketing, and events to support the mission of Amplify My Community because he gets to do meaningful work in the town he loves alongside people he loves. You’ll normally find Jared traipsing around Downtown Decatur with his two besties/daughters, Audrey and Autumn.
Frank Robertson
Frank’s one-of-a-kind work ethic and positive attitude are central to the success of Amplify. Frank plays a key role in coordinating ticket sales and is known for his tireless work ethic on festival day. When not helping Amplify, Frank is an Account Manager for Lenz Marketing.
Rae Steinberg
Rae Steinberg is a longtime fan of local music, the Decatur community, and a job well done. Naturally, they’re a big fan of Amplify My Community, too.
Originally from north Georgia, Rae’s been a metro Atlanta transplant for over nine years. They have a special spot in their heart for Decatur, where they attended Agnes Scott College prior to earning their Masters of Business Administration from Georgia College & State University.
These days, Rae lives in Stone Mountain, where they enjoy gardening alongside their wife and spending quality time with their sweet four-legged friends.
Jon Waterhouse
As Master of Ceremonies for the Amplify Decatur Music Festival and Amplify concerts at Eddie’s Attic, Jon provides a wonderful first impression of Amplify to our concertgoers. Jon’s professionalism and passion drive Amplify’s mission into the hearts of so many patrons, volunteers, and artists. Jon also handles media relations for the Amplify Decatur Music Festival and plays a key role in booking creative talent for our events.
Chrissy Woods
Chrissy has been working in the service industry since 2000 at such famed venues and events as the Five Spot, Eddie’s Attic, the Tabernacle, Shaky Knees, and Music Midtown. She currently serves as General Manager, Event Coordinator, and Art Director and Curator at Decatur’s treasured Trackside Tavern.
Her dedication to Amplify has been on display since 2021 when she came on board to help consult and eventually run the beverage program for the Amplify Decatur Music Festival. Chrissy’s no-nonsense approach is complemented by her infectious enthusiasm and her joie de vivre.
Annice Wyatt
Without Annice, the festival would be much more chaotic and less organized. Always composed, Annice brings a sense of calm, quiet, and professionalism to Amplify. Her innate wisdom and practical problem-solving abilities are critical in preparing and maintaining successful Amplify events.
